About Wiesoo

A technology company with a purpose. We started in technical support, moved into tailor-made software, and went from software to consulting that steps into the operation.

Founded in 2022. Built since 2012.

In 2012 we started serving businesses in Luís Eduardo Magalhães (Bahia) with technical support, networking and IT infrastructure. It was there, solving client problems every day, that we learned what makes technology work: understand the business before touching the system.

Support made room for tailor-made digital solutions, and in 2022 Wiesoo was officially born to take on that work, with a specialized team, strategic partnerships and a full focus on software.

Today we are a reference in software development and have in-house products such as Vaisek. With TesselHub, we bring process consulting into our clients’ operations.

The purpose is the same as it was at the start: excellent work and real results for every client who walks with us, and the trust that comes from both.

The story of João Paulo Biesek

João Paulo Biesek started his career at 16 as an employee at IT companies, gaining technical knowledge and market experience. At 20, he opened Point Informática in Luís Eduardo Magalhães (Bahia), serving local businesses with IT support and solutions.

For over a decade he grew professionally and broadened his view as an entrepreneur, until he decided to turn that knowledge into something bigger and more specialized: Wiesoo, focused on tailor-made digital solutions.

Today he leads TesselHub, Wiesoo’s strategic process consulting, and is the technology partner of Bahia Farm Show, the 2nd largest agribusiness fair in Brazil. Two years in the financial sector, at Banco Itaú via NTT Data, working on automations, legacy systems and large-scale critical processes, added to the technical background the company relies on.

A Christian, married to Dilma Biesek and father to Ana Júlia, João Paulo sees his faith in Jesus Christ as an essential part of his journey. It guides his values and decisions every day.

He leads a committed team with a clear mission: to turn challenges into intelligent, accessible solutions with a purpose, guided by integrity, empathy and excellence.

The name Wiesoo is an acrostic of fundamental programming concepts, and it sums up the way we think and build.

Beyond the technical concepts, the name carries meanings such as Work (collaborative effort), Innovative and Intuitive, Excellency and Efficient, and Special, because the system was made for the user to feel special.

The sound of the name evokes the word "wise", which makes it easy to remember. Wiesoo stands for our identity: innovative, accessible, intuitive, efficient and purpose-driven.
